     Today I went on a field trip! My grade went to a local gulf/ blue hole and learned about water quality and the culture of certain indigenous groups. It was actually very interesting! I especially like messing with chemicals to test the waters oxygen and ph levels. It was also very beautiful on the trails. The leaves were all red and orange and the mountains were in the distance, in fact, the trail leads up the mountains if you keep walking I think. In order to test the water I had to get a sample, so I trudged in to the creek with my shoes, socks, and jeans on :D It was very cold, if fact, when we took the temperature of the water I think it was around 48.8 degrees F and 9 degrees C. Very cold lol. I hope my shoes dry by tomorrow bc I still have to wear them to school.
